¿Quién soy?
I’ve been working as Spanish language teacher for 10 years. I specialise in helping students of all levels improve their Spanish language skills.
I have experience teaching Spanish as a Second language from beginner levels, High School, VCE Spanish, AB initio and University level.
I have a PhD in Spanish linguistics, I also obtain a Masters in LOTE teaching and im currently working full time as a Spanish language program coordinator at DET.

My story
A professional tutor at your service.
My name is Lilian Cerôn-Fernández but everyone calls me Lily. I have taught Spanish as a second language for approximately 10 years.
I am a native Spanish speaker and also speak Portuguese. At the moment, I am working in my Pedagogy and Spanish didactics book.
I teach private/group lessons in Prahran, Fitzroy, Toorak, Melb CBD, Carlton and various places around Melbourne.
I'm happy to drive to my student's place if necessary, for an extra charge, usually 8 dollars per class to cover petrol expenses.
I teach in a very relaxed and fun environment where you can learn what you need to know for school, university studies or travel purposes.
My classes are focused on pronunciation, speaking, grammar, writing, VCE examinations and DELE test preparation.
I use a variety of text books during my lessons to help you improve as quickly as possible (no textbook purchases required).
As part of my university teaching degree, I also wrote my own exercise book for beginners and intermediate A1 -A2 levels, which I use as part of my classes. You will also have completely FREE access to my online learning tool.
The online learning tool contains listening, speaking and grammar exercises for you to complete in your free time.
I am a specialist Spanish tutor, who is passionate about guiding students of all ages and abilities towards better results in grammar, speaking and writing.
I believe that the opportunity to use a new language in a social environment is crucial to developing fluency and confidence. Therefore, I host a FREE conversation meeting on the last Saturday of every month at 5:00 pm in the Richmond area. Everyone is welcome.
